Shipping

Yes we ship worldwide, International shipping is handled by DHL, with fast, secure delivery.

To ensure the highest level of security and reliability, all orders from Florencia Swimwear are shipped using premium international courier services, including DHL. A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt and help prevent loss, theft, or misplacement of your parcel.

Please note: While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes (typically 2–7 business days, depending on the destination), delays may occasionally occur due to customs procedures in the destination country. These processes are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.

Additionally, certain countries may apply customs duties, taxes, or handling fees upon import. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Florencia Swimwear is not liable for any customs fees or delays caused by the importing country.

 

Delivery timelines:

Gulf countries: 2–5 days

Africa: 5–7 days

USA: 5–7 days

Asia: 5–7 days

Australia: 7 days

Europe: 5–7 days

Maximum delivery time: 15 days.

Please note: Delivery dates are working days only and do not include weekends or public holidays. Shipping is from Monday to Friday with a cut-off of 12PM GMT.

Secure Shopping & Payment Protection

COD is available exclusively in Lebanon. 

VISA,DEBIT,MASTER cards are  other ways to pay from all over the world. 

Direct bank transfer is also available. 

Shopping with Florencia Swimwear is safe and secure. All personal information and payment details are processed through encrypted, industry-standard secure systems. We do not store your card information, and your data is protected at all times.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within our guaranteed maximum delivery time of 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact our customer support team with your order number to begin the claim process.

Orders & Returns

Exchange policy is available only in Lebanon. 

Once overseas customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund.

Overseas customers may exchange items they wish to return in case of damage, but they cannot get a monetary refund.

All Florencia products are 100% real pictures and true to size. 

To exchange a product exclusively in Lebanon:

-Exchange should be within 24h 

-One should send an email to www.florenciathebrand@info.com 

Email should contain :

1-Order Number.

2-Reason of exchange.

3-Date of order. 

4-Piece to exchange with. 

 

Refunds & Returns Policy
At Florencia Swimwear, we do not offer refunds or returns. We strongly encourage all customers to confirm their size and product selection before placing an order.

To help you feel 100% confident with your purchase, you are welcome to contact our customer support team prior to ordering. We are happy to help you choosing the perfect size for you and provide detailed photos and videos of any item upon request.

Please note: Monetary refunds are not possible, including for international orders, due to banking restrictions in Lebanon which prevent us from issuing payments abroad. We appreciate your understanding and support.

For customers located in Lebanon, we offer a product exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
